After leaving Bayern Munich during the January window, Green has made two appearances for the second-division club. It took him 65 minutes to score, but it was surely worth the wait.

Green gave Stuttgart a 2-0 lead against Fortuna on Monday evening, scoring on an incredible volley off a long pass from Anto Grgic in the 20th minute. 

The U.S. international was named to Bayern’s first-team roster this past fall but failed to make a Bundesliga appearance for the club.
