After revealing the surprise, Subban got his face painted, played games and passed out gifts as he sported a Christmas onesie and celebrated with the kids.
Subban had made a seven-year, $10 million commitment to the Montreal Children’s Hospital in September in what has been called the single largest donation by a Canadian athlete ever.
With his admirable generosity, Subban will undoubtedly be remembered for more than just his outstanding hockey career.
