Ouch. That definitely has to hurt. It was later confirmed that Judge did, indeed, lose part of his tooth.

That’s good news for Judge and the Yankees. Fortunately for him, we’ve come a long, long way in the world of dental surgery. That tooth, or what’s left of it, will be as good as new in no time.
